Dallas here i come! =) I had a awesome meeting with my attorney although she is alittle pricey but she is good she said with everything we gave her that she is 100% sure that we will have no problem to move out of state! It was GREAT! Now that said the next step is the final meeting with Jeremys boss on Monday and then if all goes well than we will go down there and check it out and i will tell my attorney to start the fileing process next week. =) What will happen is that she will write up a motion and then send it thru certified mail. Then if he denys and wants to go to court than we will but he will be required to pay all my court fees and the attorney fees and i don't think that he is going to want to do that. So... I have been Very busy calling school districts and people about houses talking to realitors asking them about cerntin areas down there so i am starting to get super exctied so thats a update...........
